ITINERARY
🌄 DAY 1 – ACCLIMATION AND PREPARATION
Departure time: 5:00 am from Pereira or Santa Rosa
- 🚐 Transfer to Los Nevados National Natural Park.

Acclimatization hike to Laguna Verde 5 km / 3.5 hrs (short distance and moderate elevation gain).
- 🌿 Interpretation of the moorland and high mountain ecosystem.
- 📸 Stops for photography and adaptation to the terrain.
- 🍽️ Meals included (lunch and dinner)
- 🏡 Arrival at
high mountain refuge .
- 🛌 Early rest to prepare for the climb.

❄️ DAY 2 – ASCENT TO THE SANTA ISABEL GLACIER
Departure: Early morning (2:00 am – 3:00 am approx.)
- 🥾 Start of the ascent under a starry sky.
- 🧗 Progressive hike towards the glacier of approximately 12 km / 8 hours (Round trip).
- ⚙️ Use of technical equipment (crampons, ice axe, helmet).
- 🌄 Arriving at the glacier at dawn:
One of the most impactful moments of the experience. - 📸 Photographs in snow and ice.
- 🇨🇴 Time on summit / glacier (depending on weather conditions).
⬇️ Controlled descent to base zone
