Just 2 km from Filandia's main park, I found "La Reserva Barbas - Bremen," a natural destination where I walked along trails filled with varied vegetation. If you're lucky , you might even meet the Red Howler Monkey, one of Colombia's largest primates, found only in mountainous areas with tropical rainforests.

ITINERARY
It all starts in the main square of Filandia where we will pick you up in a Jeep heading to the Barbas - Bremen Reserve, a natural destination where upon arrival we will be greeted by the host of the Reserve who will tell us the most interesting characteristics of the area and the region, then we will enjoy a delicious coffee of origin and later we will take a tour of approximately four (4) kilometers with an approximate duration of three (3) hours in which during the tour if we are lucky, you will have the possibility of seeing howler monkeys, enjoy the tranquility and all the great biodiversity of flora and fauna offered by the Barbas - Bremen Canyon, one of the areas most protected by the National Government due to its ecological and environmental importance. We recommend that you bring a change of clothes since you will be able to ... if you wish, bathe in a delicious waterfall of crystal clear water. At the end of the tour we will offer you lemonade to quench your thirst before heading by Jeep back to the meeting point.

CLARIFICATION ON THE OBSERVATION OF HOWLER MONKEYS
Howler monkeys are a species that inhabit this forest, and are frequently seen during the tour. However, since these are wild animals and not in captivity, their sighting depends on natural factors such as the weather, the time of year, and the animals' behavior on that particular day.
Our expert guide is well-versed in the habits of howler monkeys and does his best to maximize your chances of seeing them. Still, seeing wildlife in its natural habitat always involves a degree of uncertainty.
