Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel between 5 days and 3 days before the start of the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 12 hours before the start of the experience you will have to pay a 100% cancellation fee.

After cancellation your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.

Late refunds

• If you have not received a refund within the stipulated days, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
