At Manamaria Ecoagro you will learn and enjoy a unique rural experience, where you can make organic panela with your own hands in an artisanal way; You will participate in the entire process, from cutting the cane, adapting it for grinding in the mill and extracting the juice, cooking and purification with natural forage to finally obtain honey and/or panela.

ITINERARY
It all starts in the municipality of Filandia at the Ecogranja Manamaría farm. When you get there we will give you a brief presentation and general information about the location of the farm and a historical overview of the creation of our life project. Then we will go to the sugar mill, where they will actively participate in the entire process of making PANELA, starting with cutting the panela cane, adapting it for grinding in the trapiche (mill), extraction of the juice, cooking and purification with natural forages, to finally obtain honey and/or panela. Likewise, you will enjoy as a snack a delicious soft drink of cane juice with lemon and ice, or as it is known in popular slang "Guarapo de Caña", all of the above, prepared with products from the same farm, and finally ; We will take you back to the meeting point in the Municipality of Filandia.
LUNCH SERVICE
Lunch service is offered with organic products from the farm, it costs $20,000 COP per person (Ask for availability via chat).
PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
This experience does not include transportation service, so you must arrive to the farm on your own. If you wish, we can provide this service for a value of $60,000 COP (round trip) and for groups of 2 to 10 people.
