8:00 am – Meeting in Filandia (main park)

Welcome, safety instructions and departure to the reserve.

8:30 am – Entrance to the Howler Monkey Nature Reserve

• Guided walk along an ecological trail.
• Search and interpretation of the red howler monkey in its natural habitat.
• Explanation of behavior, territory, diet and ecological importance.
• Interpretation of flora, birds and wildlife associated with Andean forests.

Duration: Approx. 2 hours

11:30 am – Transfer to rural area of ​​Filandia

Time for landscape and transition to the world of peasant coffee.

12:00 pm – Typical peasant lunch

Traditional dishes from Quindío: trout, sancocho, chicharrón or vegetarian.

☕ 2:00 or 3:00 pm – Coffee Tour Campesino

Visit to a traditional family farm:

• Tour of coffee plantations.
• Explanation of the complete process: planting, harvesting, pulping, drying and roasting.
• Experiential workshop on manual selection.
• Preparation of single-origin coffee using artisanal methods.
• Tasting and tasting while you learn about coffee tradition stories.

Duration: Approx. 2 hours

🌄 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Return to Filandia

Farewell at your hotel or in the main park.
