El Diamante Farm by Rural Adventure

ITINERARY

The tour begins in the Municipality of Filandia where we will pick you up in a jeep heading to the El Diamante Cacao Farm located in the Municipality of Quimbaya where the host will be waiting for us who will receive us with a welcome chocolate (Cup of chocolate in milk or water and pandebono), while he tells us the story about the family tradition, then we will begin the tour along the cocoa trail between coffee plantations, where he will give us an introduction to the generalities of the production of special cocoa cultivation, and everything related to the process of benefit, demonstration and practical processing of artisanal cocoa (100% artisanal cocoa bars, toasted on a wood stove prepared by visitors). Finally, we will enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner based on cocoa + Italian coffee drink (If you book the tour with lunch) and then we will take you back to Filand and we will conclude the tour.
