- 8:00 am – Pick up at hotel in Armenia or Pereira (urban area).
- 9:15 am – Arrival at the Cocora Valley. Guided walk among the wax palms, viewpoints, explanation of the biodiversity and the coffee landscape.
- 12:30 pm – Typical lunch in Salento (or a nearby farm) with regional dishes.
- 2:00 pm – Transfer to a traditional coffee farm: tour of coffee plantations, coffee process, tasting.
- 4:30 - 5:00 pm – Free time in Salento for a short walk around the town (optional).
- 6:30 pm approx. – Return to the hotel in Pereira or Armenia.
