I had the opportunity to take a fascinating tour of a small farm in which a peasant family is self-sufficient in what the farm produces, as it passes through each of the corners I was amazed how it is possible to live in complete communion with nature, how it is possible to produce our food without poisoning them and what is more incredible than how to reuse what we call waste in something that can feed the same land and the animals that inhabit it.
